TOGA are Finalists in Health & Safety Excellence Awards

TOGA Freight are delighted to have been shortlisted in the prestigious 2023 Health & Safety Excellence Awards in the Transport category.

Along with our training partners “All Trained Up”, we have helped to develop an innovative new App that is being rolled out to all staff at our Dublin 12 head office.

The app is a one-stop-shop for staff to refresh the health and safety requirements whilst on site. They can report defects with equipment such as fork lift trucks or report any safety concerns that they may encounter as a part of their day to day work.

The app has tests that employees are required to take periodically so that management can be sure staff are aware of their responsibilities or any changes in company safety policy.

Various documents such as the employee handbook and safety statements are also stored in the app for easy retrieval by the employee.

The successful winners of the awards will be announced at a glitzy black tie dinner on March 29th in Dublin.
